Biogas station is:
– production of own gas (methane);
– production of own electricity;
– wide opportunities for choosing raw materials;
– waste disposal;
– industrial effluents treatment;
– Payback 2… 3 years.
Most often, the following raw materials are used for BGS:
– porcine manure, cattle;
– chicken droppings;
– beet pulp;
– molasses and grain bard;
– crop waste.
For the construction of the BGS, we do the following:
– we conduct a pre-design study of future production;
– determine the main goals of the construction of the BGS, the use of biogas;
– calculate technical and economic indicators;
– develop a hardware and technological scheme for receiving raw materials, methane fermentation, extraction, purification and use of gas;
– calculate material flows and energy balance;
– develop plant equipment requirements and equipment specification;
– we order the production of equipment and monitor its manufacture;
– we develop schemes for automation and management of production processes;
– we install equipment and automation systems;
– we control the commissioning of plants into commercial operation;
– we train the personnel to manage the BGS.
