Our reference list 2001-2023
2023 Projects:
On May 22, at one of the leading enterprises, we launched a bioethanol distillation and dehydration unit of 100 m3/day.
2022 PROJECTS:
On January 15, at one of the leading bioethanol enterprises, we launched an evaporation plant.
The evaporator is designed to concentrate molasses post-alcohol bard, which is formed during the production of fuel ethanol.
Post-alcohol bard is an intermediate product that serves as a raw material for the production of bard concentrate – “Bards evaporated.”
The plant has four stages of evaporation. The bard is supplied from the bard collector to the heat exchangers of the first stage of the evaporator, where the boiler steam is supplied, which evaporates part of the bard moisture. The secondary steam of the first stage evaporates at the second stage part of the residual moisture of the vinasse concentrated at the first stage.
First and second stages of evaporator are divided into two parallel lines. Liquid is supplied to the unit by pumps with nominal flow rates of 50 m3/h in two flows of 25 m3/h per each line. When evaporating bards, the equal costs for both lines are maintained automatically. After the second stage of evaporation, the streams of bard concentrate from both parallel lines are combined into one stream, which enters the third and further to the fourth stage of evaporation. At the third and fourth stages, further sequential concentration of the bard occurs.
Concentrated on the installation of the bard is transferred to the finished product collector. Most of the secondary steam from the second stage of concentration is used to power the vacuum bragorectification plant of the fuel ethanol plant.
2021 PROJECTS:
On June 20, we completed the design and began construction of a “grain scheme” for one of the leading distilleries.
On March 30 , at one of the leading alcohol plants, the construction of an evaporation station for processing molasses bard or grain bard with a capacity of 1400 m3/d began.
On January 11 , began designing a grain scheme for the production of ethanol for one of the leading alcohol plants. The capacity of the line is 300 tons of starch-containing raw materials per day.
2020 PROJECTS:
On April 30, he design was completed at the Trostyanetsky Alcohol Plant state enterprise and the construction of an evaporation station for the disposal of molasses bard with a capacity of 900 m3/day began.
2018 PROJECTS:
On November 1,
at one of the leading alcohol plants, we commissioned the first three-adsorber revolver-type plant in Ukraine for dehydrating ethanol. The nominal capacity of the unit is 8,000 dal per day with the possibility of stable economic work in the range from 5,000 to 12,000 dal per day.
Three-adsorber technology:
- evenly supplies heating steam and smoothes pressure fluctuations on product lines
- clearly regulates the quality of the product – up to 99.999%
- uses secondary product steam to heat the vacuum mono-column
- improves the possibility of deep selection of intermediate impurities.
The unit is combined with a vacuum monocolon of the same capacity – this allows you to process the brew into dehydrated ethanol with a saving of 1.5 tons of heating steam per hour.
PROJECTS 2017:
On July 6, we put ethanol distillation, concentration and dehydration units into operation at “Trostyanetsky Distillery”. The production capacity is 60 tons per day. The specific consumption of heating steam is no more than 2.2 kg per 1 liter of the whole product.
On June 2, at one of the leading distilleries, we put into operation the second vacuum distillation unit in Ukraine for the production of bioethanol, with a capacity of 60 tons per day.
PROJECTS 2016:
On March 4, at one of the leading distilleries, for the first time in Ukraine, we put into operation a vacuum distillation unit for the production of bioethanol with a capacity of 60 tons per day. The specific consumption of heating steam is no more than 2.1 kg per liter or 170 nm3 of natural gas per 1 m3 of absolute product.
PROJECTS 2015:
On December 16 , at one of the leading distilleries, we put into operation the first brew rectification monocolumn in Ukraine, with a productivity of 60 tons per day and steam consumption of 1.7 kg/l of raw product.
PROJECTS 2014:
On February 20 , at “Biochem Group”, we put into operation a new unit for distillation and concentration of fuel ethanol and a dehydration unit with a capacity of 25 t/day. The project uses energy-saving technological solutions.
On October 16, at one of the leading distilleries, we put into operation a block of adsorption dehydration of fuel ethanol with a capacity of 150 t/day. The ethanol content in the product is 99.99%. A modernized unit for distillation and concentration of fuel ethanol has also been put into operation. Due to the use of energy-saving technological solutions, steam consumption is 2.5 kg/l of product.
On October 24, after the reconstruction of the thermal circuit, we put into operation a unit for distillation and concentration of fuel ethanol with a capacity of 50 t/day at the “BUDYLSKY EXPERIMENTAL PLANT”. Steam consumption is 2.5 kg/l of product.
